I receive that 'some or all of the following" ... did not receive this e-mail... then the list is BLANK (understood that if an address does not have an e-mail associated with it .. it would not display)   But when sending to multiple addressees you have no idea which is missing.  a reference to the name in the CC or BC list would be helpful.
