I have users that had Outlook Live email accounts including Skydrive Live. Our email was updated to Office 365 with Skydrive Pro. Some of the users cannot get into their information in Skydrive Live due to password issues. Unfortunately, since the Skydrive Live account was part of the original email the options to reset the Skydrive Live password are invalid and we cannot reset the password and gain access to the information. If we go through Office 365's Skydrive Pro we can get in to that Skydrive but the information in Skydrive Live does not show up. What do I do to sync them or reset the Skydrive Live password?
