Earlier today I attempted to sync my IPhone contacts which were complete to my Outlook which was not, in point of fact it was quite muddled. It took quite a while to sync when it finished I had many duplicates or just contact names without data.  And it has spread throughout my devices.  Is there a way to retrieve them?
