How can I synchronize my outlook calendar and contacts which are created in Outlook for mac 2011 with my Blackberry 9780?

In the BB-desktop-software is noted that

- the service for synchronizing is switching off in the moment (for contacts) and

- protected calendars are on my Mac.

How can I solve this problem?
