I have now got a outlook.com email address and added this to my phone and to my PC by downloading the outlook connector. So I am now getting sychronised emails on outlook.com and the phone (good), but some messages still just go to my old style outlook 7 screen and I can't see them elsewhere. 

what have i done wrong?

(and i don't have history imported to outlook.com for old emails that are still in windows 7 -should i now have everything in my outlook.com email address?
