Switching back to Outlook 2011 from 2015 and need to transfer “on my computer” folders.

I'm having to switch back to Outlook 2011 for Mac. I was previously using Outlook 2015 and would like to transfer the "on my computer" folders and content to Outlook 2011.  How can I make this happen?
