It is my primary account and I have had it literally since I was 16 years old. I dont want it to change. I have 4 other accounts two with yahoo, one with google and one with hushmail. I also have a business account which is with outlook and a university account which is also outlook. They were set up for me and I have no choice in the matter.

I dont use any of my other email account because i do not like the set up and I find it annoying! If you force me to change to outlook then I will have to take my account elsewhere as I really cannot deal with the awful layout terrible funtion and general awfulness of outlook. I already have to do it in my professional life please dont make me do it for my personal life as well! I will cry and scream and bang my head against walls all because of you! :(

Please please please listen to your customers make it an optional up(down)grade dont force it on anyone! Hotmail is not broken, it is a great system and it works really well. I dont care what your focus groups have taught you. Hotmail is good, dont change it.
