Currently I have to sign-out then press sign-in again (which leaves another tab with MSN open)

This is all very slow - surely MS could give us a simple "sign in as" WITHIN outlook.com so that switch is faster? The security protection would be the same as I don't mind supplying password each time.

Or does this already exist and I cannot see it?
