Hi my name is Zachary, I had an email address (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) that was hacked and then was shut down by Microsoft for sending out spam. I have tried to recover that account but was unsuccessful. My Xbox Live Account was attached to that email, and now I can not access my Xbox Live account to update it with my new email address (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***). I am unable to use XBOX live because it wants me to verify who I am, but I can not do that it asks me to verify an account that is no longer active. I have talked to Xbox Live support several times, and they are unable to help me and reffered me to here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
