Hi I have an excellent feature to suggest for outlook. In fact most of the email services don't provide this. Intelligent attachment finder(i.e) whenever the same attachment which has been used or attached by the user needs to be used again, when the user tries to attach it, it should not again upload the data, instead must be able to find the attachment present intelligently and bring it. I recently found this annoying when I tried to send the same attachment to many people in different time frames. It would be great if you could do this. I am sure this would do great for the users.
