Was using a fully functioning Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 (functioning fully and properly for the past 2 years) when all of a sudden it stopped functioning.  When I tried to restart it, it would give the appearance of starting, but would almost immediately shut down and give me this Error message:

Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook.  Cannot open the Outlook window.  The set of folders cannot be opened.  Errors have been detected in the file C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst.  Quit Outlook and all mail-enabled applications, and then use the Inbox repair tool (Scanpst.exe) to diagnose and repair errors in the file.  For more information about the Inbox repair tool, see Help.

Any thoughts as to what happened and how I can get myself up and running again?
