One particular type of mail. . .specifically, the incoming replies to my listings on KIJIJI, AND ALSO my subsequent replies to that person's personal email (so no longer via Kijiji, and cc'd to myself). . . just don't get to WLM where I have all my selling files/categories etc nicely organized.  

(I think there definitely are other some mails not getting past Outlook, but they aren't my prime concern right now and I can deal with them on Outlook)

This is REALLY making things difficult, as I have to constantly go back and forth cross referencing old emails.  I've set up one file on outlook where i'm storing everything for the time being, but would really appreciate getting things back to what used to be normal.

Please note I'm not very tech savvy. . . in fact researching this, I just figured out (I think) that when my mail is stored on my browser (so I can only see when I'm connected to internet) it's called Outlook, but when the same messages are downloaded to my laptop (so I can access OFFline) it's called Windows Live Mail... IS that correct???...(there are other email programs/terms I don't understand at all!!!! Express? Sympatico mail? Bellmail? WTF!!!)

VERY tempting just to switch to google, yahoo or something else more straightforward!!!!!!!
