Suddenly my windows mail (Windows 7) will noit allow me to send or respond to emails – Says “server rejected senders email address” I’ve changed nothing – what’s happened and how do I correct??

My windows mail suddenly will not allow me to send , forward or reply to emails. Says " server rejected senders email address". I haven't changed anything and cannot figure how this happened or how to correct. Help, please !!
