My Hotmail converted to the outlook format about two months ago.  I have a lap top and a tower with W7.  After the conversion of both of these to outlook - they worked fine.  I hit the attach button and opened the browser to pick files, photos, etc to upload.  And they did.

Last week, I had my tower in for a scan and clean up and check up.  I added 2 gig of ram and it runs faster.  Comment made was that there was little 'bad' stuff.

The next day, I opened the tower to work and found that I cannot get the 'attach' to open a browser to find the attachment that I have saved in my machine.  Clicking the button does not work....  NOW, the crazy thing is that my lap top works fine.  Opens attach button and away I go.

What could have happened with a cleaning of the tower to make that not open?  I can open files attached to my incoming mail.   Thanks from Iowa.
