suddenly my hotmail account in the “Sent File” shows about 300 or so unknown subject no text files!!! and the rest of the sent files are organized by the recipients email address???

suddenly my hotmail account in the "Sent File" shows about 300 or so unknown subject no text files!!! and the rest of the sent files are organized by the recipients email address???
