Since I installed Windows Movie Maker, I'm unable to sign in to the Microsoft Community.  When I open the Community Home Page and click on Sign In, OR paste the url for the Sign In page into the address bar, IE simply goes to a blank page, even though the tab reads "Sign in to your Microsoft account".  This DOES NOT happen if I sign in using Chrome or Firefox, ONLY with IE 11.  Prior to the Movie Maker Install, this problem didn't exist.

Are there any known issues in Movie Maker that could cause that?
