I am constantly finding that, when typing an e-mail, the font size suddenly is magnified (or minified)  without any prompting from me whatsoever.  I am running Windows10 on an HP Pavillion machine.  Please don't suggest very technical solutions.  I am not a very confident user and I do not want to destroy an otherwise great system.
