One of my computers sits forever at 'processing changes'. Some files and some folders just sit there with the blue circular icon and never sync up to the Web. 

This is a SERIOUS problem. If I can't rely on changes I make at home being available for download at work the next day, this whole product is useless.

In addition to the problem itself, I am appalled at the lack of information, either on my PC or at these discussion forums. For example, in many replies you mention some mysterious 'logs' that you only tell people about in private messages. Why the secrecy? Where is there no easy to access logs available? Why is there no troubleshooting utilities? Why does the barebones user interface not provide any detailed information about what the Skydrive application is currently up to?

I am an IT professional and used to investigating and resolving problems myself in many cases. But the lack of information here and with this product is intensely frustrating. 

If it carries on like this I will be forced to ditch Skydrive and look for alternative, more reliable, industrial strength products. Skydrive does appear ready for prime time.
