My account seems to be locked and now I am stuck in the same RESET password link that MILLIONS of others seem to be. I had to create yet another account just to post this.

It starts with the fact that I can no longer access the email associated with this account so.....

I have gone through the account recovery/password change process 7 times and every time, after I fill out the info form and then wait for the email with the link to reset the password, then reset the password...at the end....it dumps me back to a page to login to the account. As soon as I hit the SIGN IN button, it starts the whole process over again bringing me to the page that says IT LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE ELSE IS TRYING TO USE YOUR ACCOUNT, WE HAVE TO VERIFY THAT YOU ARE YOU BEFORE WE CAN....BLAH BLAH BLAH.....and the insanity continues...a real person can't seem to help me, the all just keep passing me off to other departments, finally ending today with a woman named Alice telling me I had to come here for the final solution.

I'll tell ya what the final solution is going to be next. Me never using another Microsoft product again and going with the PS4 for my next console system when the new ones come out.

I now have a new LIVE.com account so I could post here too....can I eventually link all this?
