Original Title - Movie Maker and TiVo

I use TiVo and Movie Maker all the time with no problem. Today I downloaded a movie to my computer via TiVo and then transferred it  to the computer then transferred it to movie maker as usual, but all I got on the storyline was yellow triangles with an ! point in each frame. What is wrong?
