One of my three computers (my wife's computer) continues to puke after every windows update. After spending hours upon hours fixing problems, only to have them happen again, I decided to do a reset of the computer.
After reading the instructions thoroughly, I understood that my data would remain intact, but I might have to reinstall some applications. The system even provided a list of applications on the machine that would not be carried forward. Live Mail was not on that list. Being a Microsoft application, I assumed that they probably had that all worked out.
Upon completing the reset, I found out the Live Mail was not there. I installed it and brought it up, only to find out that the storage folders were no longer there. I tried to do an import from the AppData folder under her user account, but didn't get any storage folders. Does anyone have a "magic pill" for this one?? My wife is, well, let's say irritated.
Any help would be appreciated.
