I have been getting messages that my account is full. Each time I try deleting some large files, etc. When I save documents, pictures, etc. - they show up on my computer under Skydrive. I just found out they have not been saved to Skydrive.com.  So I took hundreds of photographs out of Skydrive, and I am still getting the message that my account is full and I need to upgrade. Is this a scam? I don't need to upgrade - just clean up, but it won't let me. How do I resolve?
