hey microsoft... i have been working very diligently with @winphonesupport on twitter in trying to resolve this issue to no resolve. your status site states all programs are up and running and this is definitely not the case at all. i have not been able to reliably access my email on my nokia lumia 928 (a windows phone) since wednesday. i have completed all of the steps asked of me by @winphonesupport short of deleting my account from my phone. i have received multiple error codes with the current error code being 86000C09.
if you look through the support forums, i am not the only one still having this issue. i can also personally confirm that my son is having the exact same issue on his phone with horribly slow sync times, no updated email and consistent error codes.
please acknowledge this issue and work on a resolution. this loss of functionality is unacceptable.
