STILL CANT GET MY HOTMAIL ACCOUNT REACTIVATED AFTER ACCIDENTALLY CLOSING IT

Hi dont mean to bump this post but have just had a feedback questionaire re experience with my support ticket 1211507887
I assume this is because they are meant to have resolved the issue.....they have not.....coming up,to,three weeks now and still nomsign of me getting my hotmail account switched back on......can someone please please please help me
