For months I have been trying to gain access to this account, moderators keep on locking my thread as they believe they have solved it. This is not the case.

I account was hacked months ago and I am getting the obligatory, "Your account has been temporarily blocked" Message. I cannot follow the "continue" link as it just loses connection when I do.

I have changed the password and went through the account recovery questionnaire twice, been successful and it remains blocked.

I have tried everything the moderators have told me and it has not worked at all. It is becoming increasingly frustrating as it's the account I used to have all my games and forums attached to. I would like to be able to regain access to it if anyone can understand my problem.
