Since Wednesday I have not been able to get my emails. I use a live.com account.  My address is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. I have tried several times to deleted the account and reset it on on both devices. It is now 9:15pm on Friday 8/16 . I have read that is problem has been resolved it clearly isn't.
