Hi, I am 53 and I have never taken a computer class. I purchased my HP computer Home windows 7 loaded with Starter-To-Go Office 2010.  Outlook does not work anymore.  I have to Refresh constantly, and the internet symbol flickers a lot, and now I can't receive e-mails.  I searched and searched the internet for a fix. Every suggestion either does not work or is too complicated for me to understand. The Outlook Upgrade to the 2013 version page is mind boggling to me.
I have:
Opened in Safe mode, Outlook/Safe and got a warning
Tried to find Trust Center, I don't have it, I do not believe I have Add-ins anyway
Cleared cache
Ran Microsoft full scan
Uninstalled McFee which loads every time I update Adobe
Searched Firefox Help
I have tried so many other ways. Please can you help?  I can't afford to to upgrade to the full version of Office and do not need it. If you suggest uninstalling Outlook will I loose everything?  If I uninstall Office I am afraid I will not be able to to reinstall it because I do not have a key. I can not receive a message from Microsoft that I got a response to my question because I can't receive e-mails. How can I find out if someone responds to my question easily in this forum (via internet}?
Thank you.
