The program opens and can download emails.  I am able to open individual folders and manipulate emails as normal.  However, when clicking to 'reply' or to 'create new' email, the program closes.  I have checked with the ISP and the program settings are correct.

I have re-installed Win Essentials 2012 and this does not help.

I would appreciate guidance.
