I've been really happy using Outlook Express but decided to get with it and move to Outlook.com so I could access my emails remotely.  There are a couple of things I can't get to work.  The most annoying is the lack of Spell Check.  The button does not come up on the bar when I'm creating an email (my daughter tells me it does on hers - lucky her!).  I've googled this question and tried most of the answers to no avail.  Can you please help.  I'm using Internet Explorer 8 Windows XP.

The second question is I used to be able to get a reply email noting that the recipient had read their email - can I do this on outlook.com?
