Hi

Lately I have difficulties with my emails on Windows Live at work and also on the Mac with outlook. 

I get messages like this:

Your folder Spam contains 2 new messages.

Messages in this folder will be deleted after 28 days.

Summary:

 From: "Merrick & Day Ltd" <*** Email address is removed for privacy ***>
 Subject: Read: Trade Account
 Size: 4347

Even though I have been in communication with these people in the past. Or people send me emails, has left there end successfully but I dont receive them OR I get this message like above. 

But cant find a SPAM folder anywhere...my Junk folder is empty.

Has my account been hacked as this is very strange?

also people at work experiencing the same thing?
