The spam filter in Outlook seems at time to be random.

I keep clicking on "Mark as Not Junk" on emails I receive from certain addresses.  Some get through, others continue to go into Junk Mail.

I still get 200 or more junk emails a day.  I have to scroll through them all to "unjunkify" legitimate senders.  Why doesn't Outlook learn that emails are legitimate when I "unjunkify" them daily?  Why doesn't Outlook learn that other email addresses are junk and put them in the junk mail folder?  Why do I get emails from senders when I've junked them?

What's the best way to manage this?  I'm pretty careful about where I leave my email address and with whom, but no one can be certain who has passed on my email.
