Spam email are being sent to my contacts.  The emails that are being sent out are not in my sent folder however I am seeing some return to sender emails in my junk folder.  I have updated my password two days ago but the emails are still being sent out.  Do I need to run virus protection on any computer I may use (home, work, etc)?  What else can I do?
