Good Evening,
I'm trying to sign my wife up for an outlook.com account - I have an existing account, which i can log into onto all PC's in my home. However, when I try to log in with my wifes account, I cannot access email - it always states "Sorry, there seems to
be a problem with Outlook right now"
I've tried Firefox, Chrome, IE (on Win 8), I've cleared all browser history, done everything you guys state will work, and I still cannot access. This is the second time we've tried to sign up with the same result - I can access the account, skydrive and calendar,
but not email.
Oh, and the status is all green!!!
So, whats the problem? Please don't tell me to "optimize the browser" - i've done all that. I just want a resolution to the problem.
