I GET THE ERROR MESSAGE: "Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook at the moment" FOR HOURS AT A TIME SEVERAL TIMES A DAY EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR THE PAST TWO MONTHS. I REPORT IT EACH TIME THOUGH YOUR USELESS AUTOMATED
REPORTING SYSTEM. THE PROBLEM HAS NEVER BEEN ADDRESSED. I AM BEYOND LIVID. FIX YOUR PRODUCT. I AM NOT INTERESTED IN A GENERIC REPLY THAT YOU HAVE GIVEN OTHER USERS WITH THE SAME ISSUE OVER THE PAST SEVERAL MONTHS. I WANT YOU TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM AND KEEP
YOUR CUSTOMERS INFORMED. WHERE IS YOUR HELPLINE WHERE I CAN ACTUALLY SPEAK TO A PERSON. I SHOULD NOT BE FORCED TO POST A MESSAGE ON A USELESS FORUM.
