Hi there.  I'm suddenly getting the  "Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook at the moment" problem with my emails.  It appears that it may have been happening since friday 18th october 2013.
This is being typed by my technical assistent (brother) who has tried accessing it using Opera v12.6 , Firefox v24.0 and IE10 version10.0.9200.16721 all from a windows 7 pc with all the latest updates, and also from a mobile phone.

On the PC browsers, the caches were all flushed to no avail.  Also the hotmail account password was changed to no avail.

The forums show that this is a regular, recurring problem and that the common recommendation of flushing caches, changing browsers and altering passwords do not work.

Please can you recommend any steps to correct this probem, or estimate when when issue will be fixed?

I need access to my emails!!!!!
