When try to search my e-mail acct to find old e-mail i get following message

"Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again, or refresh the page. If you keep seeing this message, go to Service status to check if there's a problem with Outlook."

on a same computer when I try to use my wife e-mail address, I do not encounter any problem.

Please help me
