I have followed the procedure referenced above. I am able to access my email on my  I phone it is this laptop only I am not able to access my hot mail account period. Before I was atleast able to get my email but it does not even let me access an email. When I click OUTLOOK I notice there is some background process going on and all of a sudden I get a message SOMETHING WENT WRONG AND WE CAN NOT SIGN YOU IN RIGHT NOW. PLEASE TRY AGAIN  LATER AND. I have been trying for 2 days but the same resuilts
