I have received a couple of emails over the last couple of months (confirmation of booking/loyalty card scheme welcomes etc) that were not intended for me but thought nothing of it, now I've received an email from MSN (at least reportedly from MSN) that someone is trying to recover MY email address/account (and it isn't me). My question is this likely to be a genuine email from MSN? and what can I do to protect my account? I just tried to change my password and security details but as I've had to update security details I can't now access it further for 30 days, ironically to prevent hackers!!
