Hi.

I have been facing this issue since 24/07/2013. I have been trying to recover my account using the form to verify my account but in the end it still fails to give me access to my emails.

I have forgotten the answer to my security question, but I have provided as much info as I could to verify the account, even the previous passwords.

Please assist.
