Someone is using my outlook address to send phising emails to my contacts. I only know this is happening because of the log of failed deliveries. I've changed my password several times and it's still happening. I think some of these sites are responsible

I have never visited any of the aforementioned sites and i'm quite vigilant about disclosing my email address online. I'd really like to know what started this and how to stop it.
