Can anyone help? Every time I try to log into my hotmail account it comes up with the message "looks like someone else is using your account". I have had to set up a new email to use this. I cannot get the code to log in because my alternative email no longer exists and I have filled the questionnaire twice now and had no response from Microsoft. I have also tweeted Microsoft and had no response! I have tried to access ,e account through the computer and on my phone neither work, my phone says it is the incorrect password. I don't get how I a, not allowed into ,y account but whoever is hacking it is! Microsoft have no live support for this I have tried the telephone number and it specifically says they cannot help with hacked accounts. But I cannot use any of the online tips because they all involve going into your email account which I can't do because I'm locked out!I'm so mad I just want to be able to use my emails again!
