I am receiving a phone bill for this person, they apparently have the exact same email address....could this have happened when Hotmail accounts were switched over to outlook?  I have repeatedly called the phone company to inform them of this....and I am constantly having to use my security "question" to change my password ( I am assuming because the other person is typing in the wrong password).

 

What do I do?  I have had my Hotmail account for YEARS!!!!
