I have filled in the form to regain acces to my account multiple times, not resulting in me regaining acces to my own account. Come on microsoft...

This email account contains important information to me, there are expensive tickets of two festival's i'm going to, not only for me, but also for my friends. I will be receiving information about my new study, starting in september on this mail adress too. And many more important emails i need!

It is truly my account, I have been using this acount for years.

Can i prove it because i have been using it almost always from the IP adress i'm on now?
Can i prove it by sending a copy of my passport?

How can i regain acces to my own account? Please..
