I have very important records for college and currently communicating with the apartment complex I'm moving into for school. I need this fixed ASAP. Someone had hacked into my hotmail account and Outlook blocked it. I filled out the questionnaire like it said, and it said there was not sufficient information. I did it again and got the same result. This is NOT working and I really, really need this. I would GREATLY appreciate if there was a telephone number I could call to verify to Outlook personnel that the account is indeed mine. I do not remember exact subjects or email addresses of recent emails but I can recite conversations almost word-for-word. The steps that outlook provides are NOT working and do not work for my situation. Please help me out here!!
