Yesterday I just found that my email "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" has been hacked. I very rarely to login this email account. I just use this email to receive my online money transfer notice or reset my password for my other products or services. I tried so many times to use this link to reset the password, but it doesn't work. Also, the recovery link.  The secure email is not mine. I have no idea how he changed my secure information.  The previous secure email and phone number that I used is *@live.ca and 647-***-9898(I can provide evidences). This email is very important to me. I didn't use a lot because it is my Chinese name which is not convenience for my business. That's why I used it for my all Chinese bank related secure email (e.g. Alipay-sometime like paypal, now I can't even change my email address because my email has been hacked. He can easily get in my account and changed my password and take all my money). I feel very unsecured. I hope you someone can help me with that. I tried to call in, they help me send the email to  Online Safety Team, and they send me to here. I can provided my some products is linked to this email.
