I talked to afew people. One customer service guy (Mark) suggested I post this and wait to be contacted.  Well what happened was, I went in to log into my account (as usual) and a message read that someone had already been in my account.  From my understanding, they took my username and password and logged into my account and are now "holding it hostage".  I created a new account whohackedmyaddy3786", in response to the events.
