I have been locked out of my hotmail account for 3 days not sure as to why, i have tried to reset my password about a million times now and i cant ghave a reset code sent to my phone because the number connected to my hotmail account is no longer in service, so i  need to know is there a way that i can switch the number on my hotmail account, ALSO i have made 2 seperate new emails to try to get a reset email sent to them and NOT one email reset has been sent to my account i have answered every question they have asked me and still nothing.....
