I went to login to my hotmail account recently and I keep getting the page that displays this message.  The problem is that when I go to get a security code sent out my email address isn't in the drop down box, but that of someone who hacked the account in October 2012, you can view the relevant thread here: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windowslive/forum/all/account-hacked/7235f8e9-73ef-4cd2-9b93-58fc3fb80f22?page=1

At the time I asked for that email address to be removed and I also added my wifes email address to the account along with my phone number so I could get the code sent by phone.

What I want to know is why is none of this information on my account now and why is the email address of someone who hacked the account nearly 2 years ago back on there?

I can't recover the account as it isn't used for email much, there may be some spam sent there and a few emails from facebook but apart from that I don't send email from it as I don't trust hotmail with any of my important information any more. If it wasn't for the fact that i'm too lazy to change all gaming account email's over and that I use it for skype I wouldn't even bother with the account.

Please remove this email again as requested nearly 2 years ago, I can't even believe this is happening again after nearly 2 years, how incompetent is this company? So glad I don't pay for this rubbish service.
