So, my email got "hacked", along with my facebook (2 or so months ago), but I didn't care at that point, now I do. The problem is, I'm not able to log in my email address (ever since), even if password is correct. Instead, it asks me for security codes, which I never set. After that, it asks me to fill out Email details, such as, who did I send emails to, who are my contacts etc. The thing is, I have never sent mails to anyone, I simply use my email address to sign up for certain sites, nor do I have anyone in contacts. And with this, my account is lost. I already filled out a report and sent it, but all I got was an automated reply that told me to do the same things I already did, and obviously did not work.
For example, facebook detected that it was me when I tried to log in even after it got hacked, and locked out other users. While hotmail simply locked me out along with everyone else. Help, please?
