Hi, I've many issues witht he contact list. I can see some messager friends online, however, most are offline, yet those "offline" are actually online and they can see each other and chat!

I do not have this issue last yr. Begining of the year (2014) i notice this, which i initially thought is my firewall issue. however, after striping all firewall i still have this issue! the same goes when I'm on outlook.com!
